Performance Indicators
- Instructor-attended (participates in) advisory committee meetings are held on a regular basis in accordance with college and SBCTC (State Board for Community and Technical Colleges) policies and procedures. (B)

- Regularly evaluate and recruit diverse advisory committee members and/or member organizations to reflect the diversity of the community and industry, and demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities in equitable, anti-racism, anti-bias, cross-cultural, and instructional practices. (I)
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of the relevant field of study, program requirements, and accreditation requirements. (B)
